FANFAN TI BOT: "For immediate release .


​It is with a heavy heart that we have received the news of the Carimi official break up .

There are two ways to look at it .

In a pragmatic way, commercial groups are not generally made to last​ an eternity .They are usually made out of a concept from a studio or a garage and they come out with an album or a song that turns out to be a hit and they go on tour .The group lasts as long as they are continuing to make money and hits . Then egos start to flare .The groups that last are those that are able to control their egos purely and simply .

​In a sentimental way .Carimi lasted more than ten years and everyone thought that they would have enough chemistry to pass the critical​ breaking stage .Unfortunately it is not the case .

I deeply regret that turn of event and hope they reconsider for the sake of the HMI and Haiti . They are very part of the Haitian cultural landscape and the Country needs them .
