I've been stuck on 5 songs so far: San Manti, Heartbreak and Misery, Klere Yo, Lanmou Pi fo and J'ai brule les etapes.

I don't care as much for the rest at this point. We'll see as time goes on. But no doubt third time's the charm for the artist.

Wish he'd been as diligent with the previous albums.

Part of me did not want to log in to post but I am sorry...I am not impressed at all. I am putting my fanaticism hat aside and wear my Kompa direk die-hard fan hat on I am not impressed at all with what I have been hearing so far. Sorry. Call me Bias if you want to, Like I have said in my previous post on Disip; they not only needed a great album but they NEEDED an Excellent album to become "RELEVANT in today's HMI. I also said, they needed 12 hits and so far, SMH. I can't seem to find any. again I am sorry. if you are Gazman/Disip fan, ok this album may be a masterpiece for you. (congrats). Because my point is this, if this album was from a "NEW" band, KM members would have this album for lunch with bad reviews. It's time for us to stop being "politically correct" in our culture.

I think its very telling that the critics of Gazzman havebeen very quiet...now considering his recent loss that might play a factor out of respect...but depi kiler fanatik malad sa yo te jamn respekte bagay konsa.

Its clear from the majority of the listeners diSip fer goal. Album is an initial success and i dont anyone could've predicted that....only problem now is strategy on how its promoted and of course how the music sounds live. diSip gen tgravay toujou....but se pa nan mizik la.

Kudos to Gazzman for an excellent product.

Let me be clear... I did not wanna comment on anything Gazman released! I've tried my best..
First of all the man is in a difficult time.. I did not want to crap on his parade! However.. A few transits think that it's a sign of weakness.. Then here I come!

I'm not gonna break it down song by song.. That ain't my style..

Si albòm sa té soti an 1995.. Avèk yon lòt djaz autre ke disip.. Li t'ap fè siksè!
Domaj nou an 2016.. Epi djaz la still rélé Disip..
With all honnesty.. This albòm ain't going nowhere.. And it ain't gonna do SHYÈT for neither Gazman nor Disip!
All these fools you see coming here talking about Gazman is back, blah blah blah... They were the same imbeciles who claimed that Gazman's viktwa albòm was gonna turn the HMI upside down!
These are the same idiots after each disip album claim that "YO SÉZI"
Yet.. The very next day.. The entire HMI forgets about the LP!

I will re-interate for those USUAL dummies.. That.. Gazman will always be Gazman of the past. But GaZman of Disip is done! D-O-N-E! DONE!!!

This LP sound like an ancient plaque.. Where Dessalines and Toussaint used to dance to!
Trying that 2001 NL sound in this new age of 2016 is idiotic!

This will not bring any people to Disip bal, it will not bring any big contracts to or any more contracts to disip.. IT WILL ACCOMPLISH ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!

I agree on some points and disagree on others. We'll both agree that the effort on this album easily surpasses the other two. Had Disip released something comparable to this in their heyday, they'd be farther than they are now. But that's neither here nor there now.

The challenge right now is how do you break through this Klass/Nulook duopoly. These two bands have sucked so much oxygen out of the room that good may not be enough for Disip. And although the album is solid, I'm not sure it contains that 1 gem that's gonna carry it through. Time will tell if San manti or heartbreak or another will be the catalyst that gets the casual fan out of the house or help generate the buzz that the band needs.

But no doubt Releasing a product that hasn't been summarily dismissed is a great first step.
