Part of me did not want to log in to post but I am sorry...I am not impressed at all. I am putting my fanaticism hat aside and wear my Kompa direk die-hard fan hat on I am not impressed at all with what I have been hearing so far. Sorry. Call me Bias if you want to, Like I have said in my previous post on Disip; they not only needed a great album but they NEEDED an Excellent album to become "RELEVANT in today's HMI. I also said, they needed 12 hits and so far, SMH. I can't seem to find any. again I am sorry. if you are Gazman/Disip fan, ok this album may be a masterpiece for you. (congrats). Because my point is this, if this album was from a "NEW" band, KM members would have this album for lunch with bad reviews. It's time for us to stop being "politically correct" in our culture.

I agree on some points and disagree on others. We'll both agree that the effort on this album easily surpasses the other two. Had Disip released something comparable to this in their heyday, they'd be farther than they are now. But that's neither here nor there now.

The challenge right now is how do you break through this Klass/Nulook duopoly. These two bands have sucked so much oxygen out of the room that good may not be enough for Disip. And although the album is solid, I'm not sure it contains that 1 gem that's gonna carry it through. Time will tell if San manti or heartbreak or another will be the catalyst that gets the casual fan out of the house or help generate the buzz that the band needs.

But no doubt Releasing a product that hasn't been summarily dismissed is a great first step.

I really didn't feel like saying what I think about Gazman CD!

You see i didn't even say anything about a couple of songs that Were blatantly stolen from other artists.. Especially the "Heartbreak and Misery" tune which I'm greatly disappointed that Dener Ceide whom I thought was making a name for himself would try and fool people like that..
Nevertheless.. Everyone should agree that the effort put forth by Gazman is noticeable!
